i know summer is approaching, but i really can't help thinking how perfect this would be as a part of my wardrobe. it's sort of hit and miss for me, when it comes to being attracted to loud prints. this m missoni striped knit has just the perfect blend of colors.
to frolick about in this environment and lighting is made for those free spirits. i found this editorial while skimming through mirage,a coffee table-like book, during my lunch break. after seeing these images, i immediately jumped into line to make my purchase. the editorial gives me the feeling that with just a couple of articles of clothing and the ocean landscape the summer will be invigorating.
on a side note: after years of wanting to attend, coachella...i am finally able to do just that. the official countdown begins!
i can't even recall when and where i first laid my eyes upon, chrishabana. all i know is that i love the birth name (the designer's first and last name, combined)...and well, the line itself. every piece looks as though it were intricately molded and hammered in a careless way. it's trying without really trying.
i can not say enough about this editorial featured in the february 2010 issue of, elle russia. it's nice to see my favourite past time emulated with beautiful clothing. if i could lounge on rooftops overlooking the city all day long; i most definitely would.
if i were only allowed to buy one pair of jeans for the rest of my life; i would choose these as my last purchase..with a promise of no regrets. now, if siwy can just restart the production on these inconceivable jeans. not the black pair...i want this pair.
now, i've never been into wearing my heart or even a logo on my sleeve. but, these two photographs will make me turn against my ways...for the latter; at least.
i am the new and proud owner of these beauties (i did buy the pair, opposed to just the one shoe). oh, jeffrey campbell...never have thumbtacks looked so appealing.
oh, abbey lee i wasn't so sure about you at first. but, now i have grown ever so fond of you. i imagine little miss abbey as the sweetest girl in the world...unless, you cross her in the wrong way, because then you might just be sorry you did.
as of late, this editorial from the fall 2009 issue of i-D has become one of my absolute favourites. model, anna selezneva is strictly stunning as is the styling. sarah richardson did a phenomenal job of overwhelming us with layers upon layers of garments and accessories. makes me want to strut around in a warrior helmet on a gloomy afternoon.
the highly anticipated vanessa bruno short film, featuring lou doillon is available for viewing on http://www.vanessabruno.com/. the stills above are just a peek at the dreamy sequence.
